By placing an order on the Nordheim website, you agree to these Terms of Sale in full. These terms apply to every purchase made through our online store.

1. Products and Availability
Nordheim sells clogs and comfort shoes. The essential characteristics of each product are described on its individual product page. Offers are valid while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
2. Prices and Invoicing
All prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included). The applicable price is the one displayed at the time your order is confirmed. Shipping is free on all orders — no fees are added at checkout. An invoice is automatically sent by email after each purchase.
3. Placing an Order
Your order is confirmed when you click "Confirm Order" and your payment is accepted. A confirmation email is sent within minutes, summarising your items, the total amount, and estimated delivery times. This email serves as your order receipt and sale confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption. No banking data is stored on our servers.
5. Shipping
- Zone: Metropolitan France & Middle East.
- Cost: Free shipping, no minimum order.
- Processing: 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Transit: 4 to 7 business days after dispatch.
- Tracking: A tracking number is emailed to you upon dispatch.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with French consumer law, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Nordheim voluntarily extends this to 30 calendar days.
- Returns are free — Nordheim provides a prepaid return label.
- No restocking fees will ever be charged.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
7. Legal Warranties
All products sold by Nordheim are covered by the statutory warranty of conformity (French Consumer Code, Articles L. 217-4 et seq.) and the warranty against hidden defects (French Civil Code, Articles 1641 et seq.). For any warranty claim, contact us at support@nordheim.shop.
8. Liability
Nordheim shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to events beyond our control.
9. Personal Data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website, in accordance with the GDPR.
10. Governing Law — Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. The customer may also refer the matter to a consumer mediator or to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing that, the courts in the jurisdiction of Nordheim's registered office (Île-de-France) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
