Shipping policy

Detailed Timelines
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Paris time) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM, or on a weekend or public holiday, will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Our logistics team operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Transit Time
Metropolitan France: 4 to 7 business days
Middle East: 4 to 7 business days
The overall delivery window is therefore 5 to 9 business days from the date of order, depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely free on all orders to metropolitan France and the Middle East, with no minimum purchase required. No hidden fees are added at checkout.
Delivery Zone
We currently deliver to metropolitan France (including Corsica), and the Middle East. We do not yet ship to French overseas territories or other international destinations.
Order Tracking
A confirmation email containing a tracking number is sent to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can track your delivery directly via the link provided in that email.
