Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return your item. Returns are completely free and no restocking fees will ever be charged.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent.
- Shoes must be in their original condition — unworn outdoors, with no signs of excessive use.
- The 30-day window begins on the confirmed delivery date.
- Items purchased on sale are subject to the same return conditions.
How to Make a Return
- Step 1 — Contact us at support@nordheim.shop or call +33 7 45 99 22 25 with your order number and reason for return.
- Step 2 — We will send you a prepaid return label by email within 24 business hours.
- Step 3 — Drop your parcel at the indicated drop-off point. You pay nothing more.
No return shipping costs will be charged to you. Nordheim covers all return shipping in full. No restocking fees apply — ever.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once your returned item is received and inspected (typically within 48 business hours), your refund is initiated. You will be notified by email at each stage.
Refund Method: Refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Timeline: Credit appears in your account within 5 to 7 business days after the return is approved.
Restocking Fee: None — ever.
Return Shipping Cost: None — covered by Nordheim.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, the process is identical to a standard return. Contact us and we will guide you through it. For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order online to secure the availability of your desired item while your return is being processed.
Defective Item or Our Error
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the full return cost and send a replacement or full refund as a priority.
